I don’t count calories. I don’t believe in ‘everything in moderation’. I focus people’s minds on other more important aspects of food. Calorie counting works, but it’s the WRONG approach.

I believe in NUTRITION not dieting. I teach people how to eat more nutrient-dense foods that their body needs. Nothing is off the menu. Steak, eggs, nuts, olives, butter, cheese? You got it!

Efficient and effective exercise. DO you want the BEST workout programme or do you want the one that works! I don’t believe in day splits or deadlifts. I help people achieve real-life results with real-life exercises.

I took control of my health in my late 20s. Completed a fantastic 90 day intense workout programme and lost over 20lbs, gained some muscle and transformed my health.


But busy life got in the way (work, research, family) and I regained some of that weight because what I’d done was temporary.

I learnt the hard way that I need to learn how to permanently change the way I eat and move. How knowing the principles meant I could stay lean, fit and energetic permanently. No more restrictive diets or exhausting workout weeks.


Once I developed this approach and read the science behind it I decided it was time for me to share this with the world.

Willpower and motivation is temporary. Mindset and behavior is permanent. Armed with the right diet and exercise knowledge (backed by science) you can change your behaviour so that you’ll never need to go on diet ever again.

I don’t sell complex solutions. Like my own medical practice, I keep it simple and grounded in science.
